Norton pushrod tube kit for Norton OHV singles (350, 500, 600) with full length tunnels with flange on top. 2 x lengths of stainless tube, sawn overlength, approx 9-1/8inch , 232mm. You will need to shorten and debur these to suit your engine. 4 x pushrod tunnel end finishers, turned to suit the tubes so that the tube neatly enters the finisher with a nice snug fit. 2 x rubber o rings for the bottom which seem to seal well. The top we leave to the customer, fibre washers are often used. Notes: The end finishing will need to have a little turned off the very end, such that the rebate suits the sealing method chosen. When you are happy with your sealing method and lengths, using some araldite, glue the ends to the tube, keep compressed until the glue hardens to avoid creep. Once fully set these can be sent to a polisher and once polished they look as if they are one piece and look really impressive. You will need a lathe (in reality as the end of the tube is not visible once assembled you could get away with a hacksaw, some soft gauze and a file), your engine at least partly assembled to assess length and some araldite.
