Penrite Shelsley Light, 25W-50W non-friction modified, very low-detergent oil for early engines, API SC. RRP $58.99. Primarily recommended for use where SAE 30 oils were specified. For small capacity vintage engines relying totally on splash lubrication. Ideal for use in early vintage (pre 1950) motorcycles, incorporating sight glasses, pilgrim oil pumps and total loss lubrication systems. Formulated to give much improved low temperature pumpability and flow than old style SAE 30 (Light), 40 (Medium) or 50 (Heavy) oils while improving operating temperature wear protection.
